In addition to its manufacturing facilities, Devro services world markets from strategically based commercial offices in four other countries and through an extensive network of distributors and agents. Day-to-day sales and operations are controlled locally through a structure of Regional Business Directors, while strategy, financial policy and business development are established centrally through a structure of functional directors.
