Devro plc, the world's leading producer of collagen products for the food industry, today announces the appointment of Stuart Paterson as a Non Executive Director. The appointment takes effect immediately.
Mr Paterson will take over the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee.
Mr Paterson (48) has been Chief Financial Officer of Johnston Press plc since 2001. He was formerly Finance Director of Aggreko plc. He is a non-executive director of Mirago plc.
Commenting on today's announcement, Pat Barrett, Chairman, said:
