The Board of Devro plc regrets to announce the sudden death of John Napier, Non Executive Director of the Company, and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Speaking on behalf of the Board, Pat Barrett, Chairman, said, "We are extremely saddened to learn of John's death. Since joining Devro as a Non Executive Director in 1999 he contributed a considerable amount to the Company. Our thoughts are with his family at this time."
